1. General
Accessing and using this website, as well as purchasing products from dojo.style, implies acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the site.

2. Use of the site
The user agrees to use this website solely for legal purposes and to provide truthful information throughout the entire purchasing process. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud, incorrect data, or misuse of the service.

3. Products and availability
All products and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We make every effort to accurately display product colors and features, but we cannot guarantee that the display on every device will be exact.

4. Orders and payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may reject or cancel orders due to pricing errors, lack of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, or circumstances beyond dojo.style's control. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer when the order is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt of the item. The product must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hajime@dojo.style Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team during the process (INSERT RETURN ADDRESS). Once the request is accepted, we will send a return label and shipping instructions. Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on perishable goods, personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

To request an exchange, you must return the item and make a new purchase once it is approved.

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition as described above, and you must present the proof of purchase.

7. Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return, indicating whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time depends on your bank or issuing institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at hajime@dojo.style .

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of dojo.style and may not be used without authorization.

9. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the site is at your own risk. dojo.style will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or purchased products, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Modification of terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the site. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
