Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for a return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept items returned without first requesting a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), made-to-order products (like custom orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.

6. Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt. The product must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns on perishable goods, personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
To request an exchange, you must return the item and place a new order once the exchange is approved.
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition as described above, and you must present the proof of purchase.
